6a. Initial Needs Analysis Action Plan
Initial Needs Analysis Action Plan – summarises the outcomes from the initial assessments and confirms any gaps in knowledge skills or experience and how these will be met through the apprenticeship. This might include arranging for additional teaching, accrediting prior learning, or arranging other activities of study to address any gaps or support any special interest. The plan would be reviewed and updated at tri-partite reviews.

Apprenticeship Training & Assessment Milestone Summary – sets out the indicative schedule for each key element in this apprenticeship, and which organisation will be leading delivery of each stage. This might replace an individual learning plan or refer to a separate document, but it must include a high-level summary of key milestones throughout the apprenticeship and who is delivering each element Dates may change in line with progress which would be discussed at the review or tri-partite review and an updated commitment statement then agreed and
distributed.
